. Experiment procedure
Measuring distribution coefficient of acetic acid in benzene - water system
1) Add 50ml of 0.5, 0.25, 0.125, 0.0625 N acetic acid to 125ml separation funnel and add 50ml of benzene
2) Close funnel cap and merge it to isothermal tub then wait for 10 min
3) After 10 min, shake strongly for 20 min
4) Stop shaking and wait for 20min then phase will be separated
5) Make funnel upside-down and remove pressure, take benzene layer with pipet and titrate with standard base (0.01 N)
6) Repeat process with 0.25 N acetic acid in 35℃, 50℃
