편측(한쪽)의상하지또는얼굴부분의근력저하가나타난상태를의미한다.

근 장력의 변화는 근육정렬과 근육길이에 변화를 일으키고, 정상적인 움직임의 재교육을 방해한다.

Volitional muscle activation
기능적인 활동을 하거나 움직이려 할 때 팔의 과도한 flexor muscle의 작용이 observe된다
Abnormal muscle tone
Soft tissue shortening

Hyper tonicity는 Soft tissue의 shortening 과 contracture을 유발하는고 이 문제는 flexed arm posture를 유발한다.

Poor trunk stability
Muscle weakness(core muscle)에 따라 trunk의 stability가 떨어진다.
